- the deposit is always 25% of the total amount, deposits will not be returned. - Appointments before 12:00AM +€10, from 18:00PM +€15

 

-  you can easily move your appointment via the appointment confirmation you receive in the email with the ''move appointment'' button at the bottom of the email.

- you can easily cancel your appointment via the appointment confirmation you receive in the email with the ''cancel appointment'' button at the bottom of the email.

 

 - we give the customers at least 10 minutes on time to arrive, from 10 minutes late costs are charged and from 20 minutes the appointment is cancelled.

 - in case of no-show we will contact you, this can unfortunately have consequences to no longer get access.

                                                 

 - do not bring extra persons please this can be very disturbing during the appointment.

 - for young people up to 15 years old there is permission to bring a parent
